VISA LETTER REQUEST
A letter of invitation will be issued only after conference registration has been completed and the full registration fee has been paid. Such a letter may be required for visa purposes or to obtain official permission to attend the Conference. Participants who require an invitation letter should contact Rubina Danilova by email ([email protected]). The invitation letter will be issued electronically and sent via email.
When submitting your request, please. include the following information:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Mailing address
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any additional information required by the authorities of your country of residence for visa processing.
Please, note that the conference organizers cannot contact or intervene with any embassy or consulate on behalf of participants. Attendees are therefore strongly advised to begin the visa application process as early as possible once they decide to attend the Conference. Providing complete and accurate information will help avoid delays in the issuance of your invitation letter
