Participation

Notes

• Any paper exceeding 6 pages and up to 8 pages will incur a mandatory overlength page charge of $50 per page.
• To be published in the IEEE CODASSCA 2026 Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL  rate.
• Non-presenting authors need to pay the non-author fee.
• AUA author students are sponsored by the Akian College of Science and Engineering.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by August 15, 2026. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be deducted from each refund.
