Notes

• Any paper exceeding 6 pages and up to 8 pages will incur a mandatory overlength page charge of 19.000 AMD (50 USD) per page.
• To be published in the IEEE CODASSCA 2026 Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL rate.
• Non-presenting authors need to pay the non-author fee.
• Only accepted papers with exclusively AUA-affiliated authors (students and researchers) are sponsored by the Akian College of Science and Engineering. Publications with one or more external co-authors are not eligible.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to rubina@aua.am by 15 August 2026. No refund will be provided after this date. There will be an administrative fee of 19.000 AMD (50 USD) deducted from each cancellation.
Author registration is not refundable.
If payment is not received by the start of the conference, registration will be automatically cancelled.
